This commercial property provided some particularly interesting challenges. Master Menders did general maintenance on the eye-catching exterior feature wall created of glass and aluminium. The curved structure created particularly challenges. Each angle had do be millimetre perfect to create the curve whilst remaining watertight and structurely sound, whilst leveling the floor and surrounding walls.

The renovation of this beautiful double-fronted Victorian home required adhering to strict heritage rulings and maintaining and complimenting the original structure. The front of the building only required a coat of paint, while the extensive, contemporary works at the rear of the home was very carefully integrated. The architect’s specifications required explicit use of timber and glass to transform the old layout into an outstanding home for modern living whilst maintaining the old charm.
