How long can I expect to wait for a job to commence after the quote has been given and approved?
Under normal circumstances, works will commence within two weeks of the quote being finalised. Emergency repairs will commence as soon as possible, usually within one to two working days.

Do you purchase quality materials or is price your main consideration?
Although price is taken into account, Master Menders will only use quality materials that meet our high standards.

What happens if I am not completely satisfied with the job?
Master Menders will complete the works to the highest standard, however if you are not completely satisfied, contact either Steven Peluso or Peter Woods and they will meet with you on site to discuss your issues. They will then oversee any further repairs or works until the job is completed to your satisfaction.

Will you deal directly with my insurance company or do I need to contact them throughout the rectification work?

Once all documentation has been completed Master Menders will then deal directly with the insurance companies. On rare occasions, the client may be called upon to contact their insurance company.

| Is your work guaranteed? For how long? |
As under the Building Registration - any works over the value of $11,999 is to comply with the BCA requirements. All works under the legislative amount will be warranted by Master Menders and will comply with all legislative requirements.

Do you sub-contract your work? Do you have control over the actions of your workers if I am not satisfied with their conduct?

Master Menders employs a team of 19 full time builders and on-site workers, who all comply with the company's policy of professional, friendly service at all times. On occassions we sub-contract work when specialist skills are required or extra staff are needed, however they must complete a detailed induction process, be suitably qualified and comply to a service agreement. If there is any cause for concern, your complaint will be dealt with seriously and their conduct addressed promptly. If the matter cannot be resolved to the customers satisfaction, the worker will be removed from that job.
